The storage needs to change their way of sending statements to their tenants. The company they use for this is not doing their job. Many tenants have not received monthly statements and we have to pay late fees the storage business's mistake. Their website does not allow tenants to sign up for automatic billing. They do not recognize my unit # or account #. I probably won't get another statement until the middle of December. I still haven't received the November statement as of 11/12/2019.
